This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Inventory Dashboard extension (“Software”) provided by SAN Business Solutions.
1. License Grant
SAN Business Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, in accordance with this Agreement and Microsoft’s licensing terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Software for internal business purposes only.
The Software may only be used in environments where you are properly licensed for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Software
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software
Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations
4. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SAN Business Solutions.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.
5. Updates and Changes
SAN Business Solutions may provide updates or changes to the Software at its discretion.
Updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAN Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
SAN Business Solutions may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
