SAN Business Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when using the Inventory Dashboard extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Inventory Dashboard extension does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data outside of the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

All data accessed by the extension remains entirely within the customer’s Business Central tenant and is subject to Microsoft’s security, compliance, and data protection policies.

The extension processes Business Central data only for functional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Inventory quantities
  

• Item ledger entries
  

• Cost and sales information
  

• Configuration and setup data
  

This data is used exclusively to calculate and display inventory-related KPIs and reports.

No data is used for analytics, marketing, tracking, profiling, or advertising purposes.

We do not share, transmit, or disclose any customer data to third parties.

The extension does not connect to external services, APIs, or cloud endpoints.

The Inventory Dashboard extension does not store data outside of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

All data storage and retention is governed by Microsoft Business Central’s standard data management features and customer configuration.

The extension does not process personal data as defined under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

If personal data exists within the customer’s Business Central environment, responsibility for that data remains solely with the customer and Microsoft.

Customers are responsible for:

• Configuring appropriate user permissions in Business Central
  

• Ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations
  

• Managing their own data retention and security policies
